3. Intellectual Property

Client deliverables

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables created for a client transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. HubGrowthLab retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Make payments in accordance with agreed terms.
• Review and approve deliverables within the timelines outlined in the project agreement.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or service agreement.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed is non-refundable.

6. Project Timelines

We make every effort to meet agreed timelines. However, delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, delayed content) may extend timelines accordingly. We will communicate any changes proactively.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HubGrowthLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, marketing, or lead generation services, as outcomes depend on many external factors.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
• Results from our services will meet specific expectations.

• Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice.
• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for violations of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
